30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they meet one of the following conditions:
New Items: Unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Used Items: Products that have been lightly used or opened, provided they are still in good condition and all original packaging and materials are included.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at support@drivemanuals.com to initiate a return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Packaging: Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Defective or Damaged Products
For defective, damaged products. Drive Manuals will provide a return label and cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us with details about the defective product, and we will assist you with the return process.
Customer Responsibility
If a customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, it is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before making a purchase. Return shipping costs for these reasons will not be covered by Drive Manuals.
Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
